தேவையான பொருட்கள்:
 
ரவா - 1 கப் (வறுத்தது)
ஜீனி - 3/4 கப்
அன்னாசிப்  பழம் - 1 கப் (பொடியாக நறுக்கியது)
முந்திரி பருப்பு - 6
உலர் திராட்சை -7
தண்ணீர் - 3 கப்
நெய் - 3 டீஸ்பூன்  
செய்முறை:
 
நான்ஸ்டிக் பானில் தண்ணீர் ஊற்றி அடிப்பில் வைத்து கொதிவந்தவுடன் அடுப்பை மிதமான சூட்டில் வைத்து ரவாவை லேசகா தூவிகொண்டே கிளறிவிடவும் (கட்டிபடாமல்). ஓரளவு ரவை வெந்து வந்தவுடன் சர்க்கரையை கொட்டி கிளறவும். பின் அதனுடன் நறுக்கிய அன்னாசிப்  பழத்தை சேர்த்து கிளறிவிடவும். நன்றாக வெந்தவுடன் (சிறிதுநேரத்தில்) இரண்டு ஸ்பூன் நெய் விட்டு கிளறவும்.
 
பின் தனியாக ஒரு  டீஸ்பூன் நெய்விட்டு முந்திரி, திராட்சை பொரித்து அதனுடன் கலந்து விடவும். அனைத்தும் ஒன்று சேர்ந்து ஒரு  சுவையான அன்னாசிப் பழ கேசரி தயார்.
 
குறிப்பு:
 
பழத்தை தண்டு நீக்கி பொடியாக துண்டுகள் செய்து, அதில் ஒரு டேபிள்ஸ்பூன் அளவு துண்டுகள் வைத்துக் கொண்டு, மீதியை கொஞ்சமாக நீர் விட்டு வேக விடுங்கள். சீக்கிரம் வெந்துவிடும். ஆறியதும் மிக்சியில் போட்டு நைசாக அரைத்து வையுங்கள். மேலே சொன்ன அதே முறையில்  கேசரியை செய்யலாம்.
