செய்முறை:

அவல், முந்திரியை 2 டீஸ்பூன் நெய் விட்டு பொன்னிறமாக வறுக்கவும். முக்கால் டம்ளர் தண்ணீரில் கேசரி பவுடரை கரைத்து, அதில் அவலை சேர்த்து வேக விடவும்.

அவல் வெந்து கெட்டியானதும் சர்க்கரை, மீதமுள்ள நெய் சேர்த்துக் கிளறவும். கேசரி பதம் வந்ததும் ஏலக்காய்த்தூள், வறுத்த முந்திரி சேர்த்தால், சுவை மிகுந்த அவல் கேசரி தயார்.
